Why I Do This Work

My own journey has been anything but conventional.

As a female executive and mother of two building a career abroad, I faced cultural barriers, social bias, and the challenges of reporting to men across cultures. ​

Those experiences taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of intercultural leadership.
